Derek Ott, MD, 10850 Wilshire Boulevard #200, Los Angeles, CA 90024

The office is located in Westwood, south of UCLA, in the AVCO Building (adjacent to the AMC AVCO movie theatre). The building is located on the southeast corner of Wilshire Blvd and Glendon Ave (a block east of Westwood Blvd) and is conveniently accessible from the 405 and 10 freeways.

The entrance to the main lobby of the building is located on the east side of the AVCO building. From the main building lobby, please take the elevator to the 2nd floor. The suite numbers are clearly listed on their doors – Suite 200 is located at the end of the hallway in the northeast corner of the building. Upon entering the room, please indicate your arrival by pressing the button on the panel on the wall by the main door to the suite and continue towards the waiting room.

Metered street parking (up to 2 hours) is often available nearby. Non-metered street parking is available on Wilshire Blvd between 10am and 3pm. However, please abide by all posted parking rules and regulations as the City of Los Angeles does ticket and tow, especially on Glendon.
